Western Craft Contracting is happy to be able to offer its clients sustainable building options. We are experienced in the new BC Energy Step Code building practices.

Western Craft Contracting is up to date with the current developments in the ever-changing realm of sustainable building. We currently follow the industry standard in BC Energy Step Code Building practices and Net Zero ready construction. Step code 5 is the equivalent to Passive design. Ray is a certified Built Green builder. He has built Leed homes, Green homes, Net Zero homes and Step Code 1-4.
